Custom Order Policies and Procedures

Thank you for considering us for your special occasion. As we want to ensure full satisfaction with your order, please read the following policies and ordering procedures carefully:

Custom orders require 14 days advance order with the exception of wedding cakes which may require longer. Do not hesitate to call if your order is short notice. We will do our best to accommodate. However, we can only accept a limited number of orders weekly, and advance ordering ensures you will not miss out on your date.
A 50% deposit may be required to book a custom order.
Customers are expected to pay for decorations purchased specifically for them. These include, but are not limited to, monogram letters, edible images, etc.
A minimum order of 6 is required for cookie and cupcake custom orders.
Cancellation policy: Custom cakes/cookies/cupcakes require additional preparation time and supplies. Please read our cancellation policy and contact us immediately if changes to your order are required.
- Customers can expect a full refund of their deposit for custom orders cancelled 7 days or more prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery.
- Customers will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for custom orders cancelled 5-6 days prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery.
- Customers will forfeit their deposits on custom orders cancelled 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery.
- Customer will be charged the full cake amount for custom orders cancelled 3 days or less prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery.

When submitting an order via email, please give us 24 - 48 hours to respond. We have a lot of inquiries, but will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

We gladly offer delivery on your order; however, depending on your destination an additional delivery fee may be required.
We cannot take responsibility for your order, once it leaves the Fat Pants Sweets and Eats facilities.
